The Big Ten baseball tournament is coming to Omaha in 2014, a partnership with the College World Series’ host city that the league hopes will help to raise the profile of its annual event. McKewon: Star QBs remain in cupboard for NU
Nebraska struck out on its first-tier quarterback targets for the 2013 recruiting class. Three of the four top recruits committed to Ohio State, Illinois and Northwestern, respectively. Big Ten — ouch. Funny, but I like the second-tier guys NU has just offered more. Especially Atlanta-area quarterback Anthony Jennings, who won MVP of Atlanta's Elite 11 QB camp, picking up attention from NU and Alabama, among others.
